Carlos A. Monné Private Chef, He was born in Barcelona 33 years ago, but grew up in Algorta, a beautiful coastal town in Vizcaya, Basque Country, a place closely related to good food.
His travels around the world, especially Asia and South America, have led Carlos in a spiral of knowledge and flavors to where he is today. His experiences and learning are revived with flavors, very present in his elaborations as international touches to tradition, giving his menu a more personal character.

Settled in Mallorca, he decides to embark on a solo trip to delight his diners in a much more personal way, as his private Chef. Offering them the opportunity to enjoy the restaurant experience in their own home. A culinary offer that artisanally fuses the best of Basque and Mediterranean gastronomy. Respecting a culinary heritage to which today he pays his most sincere and delicious tribute.
